KOFI-T
KOFI-T is a light-filled café right next to independent bookshop Inkt en Olie. The interior is simple – high wooden tables and chairs, oversized spun lampshades and a few splashes of blue on the otherwise white walls – as is the menu.
There are only three sandwich options: cheese, tuna and egg, but they are made on excellent baguette, and well-filled. And the coffee is good. Croissants with jam are also available.
KOFI-T attracts a local crowd and the early opening times (hard to find in Amsterdam) make it a good place for breakfast during the week.
